Orders can (only) be shipped once full payment has been received.
There may be times when despatch will be unavoidably delayed because of absence or emergencies. Where possible, potential shipping delays will be highlighted on the web site.
Print shipping: Some items are print-to-order and there may be a few days delay before shipping. New prints must be left untouched for 24 hours after printing and then for 3 more days to allow ink to completely dry before wrapping/shipping. In this case you will be contacted on receipt of order.
Original drawings size may vary depending on the drawing itself. When purchased on-line for postal or courier shipping, small and medium drawings are supplied with a mount and shipped flat. Large and extra-large drawings are supplied without a mount and shipped either flat or rolled depending on actual dimensions.
Rolled items are shipped in secure sturdy shipping tubes. Flat items are always wrapped with a protective backing board before being packed in a stiff mailing envelope or small mailing box.

Packaging will depend on the product being shipped: All items are individually cellophane wrapped before being prepared for despatch. Sturdy tubes are used for rolled product, sturdy boxes or rigid envelopes for flat product.
Delivery will typically be by royal mail recorded delivery (or very occasionally by courier) but will always be tracked/require a signature. Please look out for delivery cards or other information if you are not in at the delivery time. Let me know if your package has not arrived within a few days of despatch.
We take good care to ensure packages are secure and suitable for mailing. If your delivery should arrive in poor condition, please photograph the package before opening, check the contents and also follow any instructions that may come with the package itself. Please let us know as soon as possible, sending photographs, so that we can follow it up with Royal Mail (or courier if appropriate).
