Please Note: Please get in touch before ordering if you would like to order for delivery outside the UK as at the moment we are only able to supply and ship to UK addresses.
Originals: please get in touch first by email or phone/text if you would like to purchase an original. We sell via several routes and it may be that the original has just been sold (but before there's been time to update this web site).
Local collection: If you live within a few miles of Harpenden, Herts, and would like to collect an order in person, please get in touch before ordering. We will need to generate a different order route that does not include postage and packing.
Returns: We hope you will be happy with your order. If not, however, we will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve issues as soon as possible. Please get in touch within 2 weeks of delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please follow the instructions in shipping and despatch so that we can follow up with Royal Mail (or courier).
If you wish to return your order for some other reason, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can understand and work to resolve the issue and generate a return authorisation. We can accept undamaged returns, and ask that you re-use original packaging where it is safe to do so. We cannot pay for return postage. We will refund item values but not postage costs. Refunds will be subject to (a) items returned within 2 weeks of the return authorisation and (b) us receiving the returned items in good condition.
Prices and VAT: All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate; VAT invoices will be generated separately and included with the delivery.
